Skilled Trades Restoration Technician
Wilcraft Concrete Services Ltd. is currently seeking a Skilled Trades Restoration Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role for individuals who are mechanically inclined, motivated, and looking for long-term career growth in the construction industry.

Please note: Hourly wage may increase based on the individual’s proven experience and skill set.
- Carpentry / formwork
- Operate concrete breakers
- Concrete finishing
- Rebar replacement
- Expansion joint installation
- Structural jacking / lifting
- Work at heights
- Operate mini excavators and skid steers
- Follow safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
- Experience in construction (preferred)
- Experience working as a labourer in outdoor environments (preferred)
- Training or education related to construction (preferred)
- Physically fit and accustomed to manual labor, including lifting up to 55 lbs
- Polite / respectful / driven
- Critical thinking
- Heavy Trailer Endorsement (Condition 15) is an asset
